Richard Castillo has over three decades of experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Technical Services at Portco Packaging since January 2004. Previously, Richard held the positions of Director of Technology and Plant Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Print Manager and Technical Assistant at Deluxe Packages from June 1994 to December 2004 and a brief role as Project Manager at Excelsior Packaging in 2004. Richard's early career includes military service as an Airborne Combat Medic in the US Army from June 1987 to June 1989.
