Daniel Bar-Dayan

Daniel Bar-Dayan serves as the Executive Vice President at Porte Communities since June 2014, overseeing all asset and property management activities for the company's commercial and residential portfolios, alongside strategic planning and growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Senior Property Manager at Maple Leaf Property Management from June 2011 to May 2014, managing operations for the residential property portfolio in Vancouver and Calgary. Daniel also served as Director of Property Management at Nacel Properties for a brief period and was Vice President & General Manager at Delsuites and Del Condo Rentals from March 2005 to June 2010, focusing on day-to-day operations and strategic oversight. Earlier experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Johnson Controls and as a Consultant at Accenture. Daniel holds an MBA in General Management from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Management Information Systems from McGill University.
