Jason Hammond is an experienced executive with a robust background in innovative management and growth strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Kimpex USA since January 2023, Jason focuses on innovation, distribution, and service in the extreme sports market. Previously, Jason was an Executive Management Consultant at Tovoy Management US from June 2021 to January 2023, where strategic innovation investments were emphasized. Jason also held the position of Vice President at ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation, steering the company as a market leader in technical insulation from September 2018 to June 2021. During a long tenure at Cummins Inc. from 2004 to 2018, Jason occupied several leadership roles, including General Manager for the Oil and Gas Distribution Business and Market Segment Leader, contributing substantially to revenue and strategic growth initiatives. Jason's career began at IBM, where a diverse range of roles culminated in a Global Account Manager position. Jason holds a B.S. in Management with a focus on International Business and has pursued graduate research in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
