Janis Kasalis currently serves as the Chairman of the Council at the Latvian Stevedoring Company Association since May 2024 and as a Representative at Portek International Pte Ltd since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Janis held the position of CEO at Riga Universal Terminal Ltd from January 2000 to December 2022. Janis is also pursuing a Doctorate in Economics (Dr. oec) at Latvijas Universitate, focusing on models of analysis of financial statements and their application to different user groups.
