Margaret-Ann Cole is currently the EVP of Talent at Porter Novelli. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Workforce Experience for North America, as well as the Practice Leader for Talent & Organization for the US Southeast at Accenture. In these roles, they were responsible for a $200M+ P&L and developing new business relationships with Fortune 500 executives.

At Right Management, Cole served as the North America Career Management Practice Leader. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing career management strategies for clients in a variety of industries.

Cole has a proven track record of success in both their previous roles. Margaret-Ann has generated $30M+ in project revenue for clients, redesigned people management technologies, and contributed to 200% growth in market share.

Margaret-Ann Cole has an EMBA from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), an MBA from HEC Paris, and a BS from Fordham University. Margaret-Ann is also a Global Fellow of Talent Management from The Wharton School and has certifications from LinkedIn in Creativity Bootcamp and Hogan Assessment Systems in Hogan Assessments (HPI-HDS-MVPI).

They are on a team with Sandy Skees - EVP, Innovation, Rosy Mcgillan - EVP, Purpose, and Soon Me Kim - EVP, Global Diversity & Inclusion. Margaret-Ann Cole reports to David Bentley, Chief Executive Officer.
