Darijan Ravanan

Darijan Ravanan has experience working as a Senior DevOps Engineer Consultant at Portfolio BI since April 2022. Darijan is responsible for designing and deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform, managing infrastructure with PowerShell and Ansible, and creating CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Previously, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at Clarivate from July 2021 to April 2022 and as a Cloud Engineer Technical Lead at Hentsu from April 2020 to July 2021, where they worked with Azure and AWS to deploy and maintain systems for financial institutions and hedge funds. Prior to that, they were a Cloud Consultant for US clients on Upwork from August 2019 to April 2020 and a System Engineer at SuperAdmins from July 2018 to August 2019, where they provided consulting services for server implementations and migrations.

Darijan Ravanan started their education by attending ITAcademy by LINKgroup from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Network and System Administration/Administrator. In 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Belgrade and simultaneously obtained Microsoft Certificates in Systems Engineering and IT Infrastructure. Darijan also holds the Microsoft Certified Professional certification, obtained in 2016. In 2017, they obtained the MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification from Microsoft and MCSA: Windows Server 2012 in 2017. In 2018, they obtained MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014, MCSA: Office 365 - Certified 2018, and MCSA: Windows Server 2016 certifications. Darijan also has an MCSE: Productivity (Exchange Server 2016) certification which they obtained in 2018. In 2019, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Darijan has other Microsoft certifications as well. In 2020, Ravanan obtained a HashiCorp Certificates for DevOps, Automation and Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate certification. Darijan also received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification in the same year. In 2021, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification, and in 2022, they achieved Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Darijan also has a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification, obtained in 2020. In 2023, they plan to attend the Linux Foundation Certificates and obtain a DevOps, Automation certification. Additionally, in June 2023, they obtained the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation. In October 2015, they also received a Personal Development Certificate from the LINK group.
