Andrew Seger

Andy Seger is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Portfolio where they oversee legal, compliance, and acquisition efforts. Prior to this, they co-founded Imprise Insurance, the first captive insurance company in Ohio, and also held the role of Chief Legal Officer at National Automotive Experts/NWAN. Seger has previous experience as a Contract Specialist at STERIS, an Associate Attorney at Janik LLP, and as a Financial Analyst at Serco. They hold a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Toledo College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wright State University.
