Matthias Arnoldt

Matthias Arnoldt has an extensive career in the aviation and ground services sectors, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Planung & Organisation at PortGround GmbH since January 2001, responsible for support services, resource management, IT/digitalization, and human resources. Previously, Matthias held roles including Director Ground Services and Niederlassungsleiter, overseeing branch operations in Dresden, managing personnel, client relationships, project supervision, and business development. Additionally, Matthias served as Programmleiter for the efficiency program "Zukunft23" at Mitteldeutsche Flughafen AG from June 2020 to January 2022. An early career included a position as Schichtleiter at Flughafen Dresden GmbH from August 1991 to December 2000. Matthias holds a Wirtschaftsdiplom Betriebswirt (VWA) from Sächsische Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie and qualifications as a Flugzeugmechaniker from Interflug Fluggesellschaft mbH.
