Rodrigo Bustamante is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation and research, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Porticus since August 2022. Previously, Rodrigo held positions as an Evaluator and Researcher at SEO Amsterdam Economics, where the focus was on international development programs involving private sector development, sustainable agriculture, and capacity building for small businesses. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at ZIGLA, Rodrigo designed strategies for youth employment, education, and microfinance, along with implementing quasi-experimental evaluations. Additional roles included serving as a Teaching Assistant and Lead Editor at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Rodrigo began the career as an Economic Consultant at Invecq Consulting SA and as a Research Assistant for a PhD dissertation. Rodrigo holds a Research Master's in Philosophy and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
