Jim Gose

Jim Gose is an experienced restaurant management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an Assistant General Manager and previously as General Manager at Portillo's since October 2021, Jim has held significant leadership roles, including General Manager at Bowlero Corporation from March 2015 to October 2021, and multiple General Manager positions at Noodles & Company and Bennigan's Restaurants. Jim's extensive background also includes managing partnerships and multi-unit operations at Rock Bottom Brewery and Bennigan's. Additionally, foundational experience was gained in various kitchen and service management roles at Select Restaurants Inc. and Bill Knapp's Restaurants. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University and attended Harper College and Buffalo Grove High School.
