Niki K. has extensive experience in the restaurant and healthcare industries, currently serving as the General Manager at Portillo's since October 2019. Prior roles at Portillo's included Assistant General Manager and Manager. Prior to this, Niki worked as the Restaurant HR Manager at KROLL'S SOUTH LOOP, LLC from August 2014 to May 2019. Niki began a career in healthcare as a Certified Medical Assistant at Lavista Family Medicine Pc from August 2011 to May 2014. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from DePaul University, earned between 2016 and 2019, and also attended the University of Arizona from 2010 to 2013.
