Theo Thompson

Theo Thompson is an experienced general manager currently leading operations at Portillo's since July 2022. Prior roles include serving as a business consultant for Cousins Submarines, Inc., and managing partner at Firehouse Subs. With a strong foundation in operational leadership from positions such as vice president of operations at Listo Way Group and warehouse supervisor at ULINE SHIPPING SUPPLIES, Theo also has significant managerial experience from earlier roles including general manager at Corner Bakery Cafe and AGM at Zoes Kitchen. Additionally, Theo served as a staff sergeant in the United States Marine Corps for nearly a decade, where various leadership duties were undertaken, such as platoon sergeant and drill instructor. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana State University and studies at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
