Amy Dotson is an accomplished arts leader and director with extensive experience in the film and media sector. Currently serving as the Director of Tomorrow Theater since November 2023, Amy is responsible for developing a vibrant cultural venue in Portland, featuring diverse programming that connects artists and audiences. As a Leader at Venice College Cinema since its establishment in January 2012, Amy has contributed significantly as a group leader and producer mentor, with additional experience as a story architect for the Venice VR program. In the role of Director of PAM CUT and Curator for Film & New Media at the Portland Art Museum, Amy shapes innovative narratives in cinematic storytelling. Previously, Amy held the position of Deputy Director and Head of Programming at IFP from September 2006 to May 2019. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Media Ecology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts and Communication from Wake Forest University.
