Lisa Hong

Lisa Hong is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll administration. Currently serving as an HR People & Culture Partner at the Portland Art Museum since January 2022, Lisa has previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist I for the City of Newport Beach and as an HR Recruitment Coordinator at Coastline Community College. Lisa's diverse experience includes conducting employee investigations, processing payroll, and enhancing organizational structures. With a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Mathematics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Lisa combines analytical skills with comprehensive HR expertise to foster positive workplace environments.
