Candace Beeke

Candace Beeke is a seasoned publishing professional with extensive experience in the journalism field. Currently serving as Publisher & President of the Portland Business Journal since September 2020, Candace previously held the position of Publisher at Albuquerque Business First from 2015 until September 2020. Prior editorial roles include Editor in Chief at the Houston Business Journal (2010 - July 2015) and Editor at Influence West Michigan (January 2010 - November 2010). Candace also served as Editor for Business Review West Michigan from 2001 to November 2010 and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Western Michigan University, instructing courses in basic and advanced journalism from 2003 to 2010. Educational background includes a BA in Journalism from Western Michigan University and studies at the University of Chicago. Candace's early career included an internship at Denso Manufacturing Michigan Inc. in 2001.
