David Zwicke

Dave Zwicke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic analysis and market intelligence within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Economic Analysis at the Portland Cement Association since June 2008, Zwicke has held various titles including Director of Market Intelligence and Manager, Sr. Regional Economist during tenure at the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Research Analyst at First Industrial Realty Trust from July 2007 to May 2008, and earlier work as a Research Economist at the Portland Cement Association from 2003 to 2007. Zwicke holds a B.S. in Economics from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing an MBA along with certificates in Economics and Finance at North Park University.
