Diane Warner

Diane Warner is an experienced professional in the cement and concrete industry, currently serving as Executive Director of the Northwest Cement Council since May 2016, where responsibilities include assisting clients with pavement selection for concrete applications. Prior to this role, Diane worked as Regional Pavement Engineer for the Northwest Chapter of the Portland Cement Association, representing the industry and providing technical support to stakeholders. Previous positions include Regional Manager for Engineering & Customer Solutions at Contech Engineered Solutions, Regional Sales Manager for Project Development at CDS Technologies, and Consultant at David Evans and Associates. Diane holds an MBA with a focus on Sustainability & Entrepreneurship from the University of Portland and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.
