Caitlin Upshaw

Caitlin Upshaw, JD, currently serves as the Director of People + Culture at Portland Center Stage at The Armory and as a Voice Teacher & Vocal Coach at Inflection Vocal Arts LLC. Previously, Caitlin was the Assistant Vice President and Head of Human Resources at the Oregon Health & Science University Foundation and a People & Culture Consultant at Lambda Legal. Caitlin has also taught as an Adjunct Faculty at both Portland Community College and Portland State University, covering various legal and business courses. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of HR, Equity, and Inclusion, and Corporate Trainer at NAVEX Global, where Caitlin focused on employee experience and development. Additionally, Caitlin served as a mediator for the City of Beaverton and as the Alumni Relations Coordinator for Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Educational credentials include a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BA in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
