Leila Mountford

Leila Mountford is a Partner and Creative Director at Portland, where Leila leads creative projects. Prior to their current role, Leila served as a Creative Director at LEWIS Global Communications and was the Global Creative Manager at Amnesty International. Leila has also worked as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Creative Strategist at Engage by Bell Pottinger, where Leila won the Young PR Lion competition in 2014. Their previous experiences include roles as a Creative and Junior Copywriter at Weber Shandwick, PR and Restaurant Manager at Sophie's Steakhouse & Bar, Lead Actress at Endemol Productions, and Casting Director at Heat Castings. Leila holds a degree in Public Relations and Communications BA Hons from The University of Greenwich and LTCL/LGSMD Performing Trinity College Worldwide degree in Acting, Drama, and Dance from Waterfront Theatre School.
