Kurt Simonds

Kurt Simonds has a Master's Degree in English/Creative Writing from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in English and American Language and Literature from Harvard University. Kurt has held multiple leadership roles in various educational institutions, including Vice President at Portland Community College since 2005. Prior to that, Kurt was the Director of Academic Support and Alternative Instruction Programs at Capital Community College from 1998 to 2005. With a strong background in academic and student affairs operations, Kurt has also served in roles such as Interim Executive Dean of College Operations, Dean of Instruction, Division Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Division Dean of Student Support Services at Portland Community College.
