Cassandra Stutzman

Cassandra Stutzman has extensive experience in the utility industry, currently serving as the Distribution Control Center Manager of Outage Communications at Portland General Electric since October 2010. Stutzman has held various roles within the company, including Change Manager for the Integrate Operations Center Project and Supervisor of Dispatch in T&D Operations. Additionally, Stutzman was a Company Advisor for Young Entrepreneurs Business Week from 2012 to May 2019, providing guidance as an annual volunteer. Prior experience at Portland General Electric includes positions in customer service from August 2004 to June 2010, including Supervisor and Lead Customer Service Representative. Stutzman began a career as a Loan Officer at Portland Local 8 FCU from 2000 to 2003. Stutzman holds an Associate's degree (AAOT) from Clackamas Community College, earned between 2005 and 2009.
