Christy A. Gilmore, MA, ICF-PCC, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Head of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at Portland General Electric, where leadership in Organizational Development and HR Business Partner teams is provided since April 2007. Christy has extensive experience as a Principal HR & Organizational Effectiveness Partner in a major renewable energy corporation, where oversight of HR, Organizational Development, and Talent Strategy teams was undertaken. Contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies were made through advisory roles, and previous positions include Program Manager and Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner. Christy co-founded a start-up business focused on strategic people and performance initiatives and has a solid foundation in retail management.
