Kelly Sholes is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in change management, telecommunications, and desktop solutions. Currently serving as the Enterprise IT Change Manager at Portland General Electric since June 2016, Kelly oversees technical Change Management processes. Previous roles include IT Manager in Telecommunications at Capital One, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery for call center telephony systems, and Telephony Services Manager at HSBC, managing transitions to Cisco IPT. Kelly also has substantial experience in technical support and management from positions at Household Finance, Renaissance Credit Cards, and Bank of the West, demonstrating a strong history of adapting to change and enhancing service delivery. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
