Kim Metcalf

Kim Metcalf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as the Owner of Cosy Home Collectibles since December 2022, Kim has held various leadership roles at Portland General Electric since 1999. Kim's responsibilities have included managing IT customer applications support, customer digital channels, and overseeing a significant Customer Engagement Transformation program involving major system replacements.
