Shae Davies

Shae Davies, CAFM, currently serves as the Fleet and Garage Operations Manager at Portland General Electric since May 2021, focusing on equipment planning, garage operations, and fleet electrification with an emphasis on safety and data-driven decision-making. Prior to this, Shae held positions including Fleet Division Manager at Clark County WA and Fleet Maintenance Superintendent at the City of Portland, as well as Shop Operations Supervisor and Senior Automotive Mechanic roles at the City of Seattle. Shae's extensive experience in fleet management includes supervisory responsibilities, workflow coordination for vehicle service, and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality across various mechanics roles. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Argosy University and an Associate's degree in Automotive Mechanics Technology from Everett Community College.
