Shay LaBray is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and strategic planning, currently serving as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs & Strategy at Portland General Electric since September 2022. Prior to this role, Shay LaBray accumulated extensive experience at PacifiCorp, where tenure spanned from 2001 to September 2022, including positions such as Vice President of Resource Planning & Acquisitions and various managerial roles in resource planning, transmission regulation, and external affairs. Shay LaBray holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business, graduating from the Robert D. Clark Honors College.
