Derek Humbard

Derek Humbard has over 19 years of work experience. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Senior Staff Auditor at Crowe Horwath LLP. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as an Internal Auditor at Telephone & Data Systems Inc. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Associate Editor at FactSet Research Systems and as a Co-Founder at LOVELIKEBEER. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer at L.W.P. Group. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Owner / Consultant at Crimson Maze Consulting. Since 2016, they have been working at Portland Internetworks, first as a Controller, then as Director of Finance and Administration, and currently as CFO / VP of Operations. During their tenure at Portland Internetworks, they have helped the company double its revenues in four years and become a Certified B Corporation.

Derek Humbard attended the University of San Diego from 2008 to 2010, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in New Venture Management. Derek then attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1996 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and International Studies. Derek began their education at Bonn American High School from 1991 to 1995.
