Eileen Zimmerman

Eileen Zimmerman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eileen started their career as an intern at Nearly Normal's Restaurant in 2010. Eileen then worked at Elephants Delicatessen, starting as an Assistant Store Manager in 2014 and later becoming the Store General Manager from 2016 to 2018. Eileen then transitioned to the technology sector and joined Portland Internetworks in 2018 as an Office Manager. Eileen progressed within the company, taking on roles as a Project Manager and Help Desk Manager until 2022. In their role as a Project Manager, they demonstrated skills in project oversight and team management, with a focus on implementing IT improvements and solutions for clients.

Eileen Zimmerman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Food Service and Restaurants - Nutrition from Oregon State University in the years 2008 to 2011. Prior to attending Oregon State University, they attended the University of Oregon from 2007 to 2008, although they did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2018, Eileen obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
