Patty Blanchard

Patty Blanchard serves as the Director of Human Resources at Portland Public Schools since 2010, overseeing the HR department's business needs and evaluating vendor capabilities. With a background as a Senior Human Resource Manager, Patty directed a team in HRIS and related activities while managing recruitment and payroll for District substitutes. Additionally, since 2015, Patty has been a member of the Board of Directors for College Housing Northwest, advising on strategic planning, performance evaluation, and budget approvals, while ensuring a commitment to diversity and mentoring the Human Resource Manager.
