Rebecca Winn

Rebecca Winn is an experienced professional in project management and code compliance, currently serving as Code Compliance Manager and Project Manager at Portland Public Schools since January 2017, overseeing a variety of facility upgrades including volunteer-driven projects. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at O'Brien Constructors LLC from June 2004 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing public and private projects, bid tracking, and project estimating. Rebecca also contributed to the Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon from December 2001 to June 2004, where tasks involved reviewing plans and specifications and creating detailed project write-ups for publication.
