Will Reese is an experienced educator currently serving as a 6th Grade ELA/Spanish Dual Language Teacher at Portland Public Schools since August 2019. Reese holds a Master of Arts in Teaching English Language Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Whitman College. In addition to teaching, Reese works as a tutor for Tutor Doctor and as a medical interpreter for Telelanguage. Previous roles include serving as an Arther Zankel Urban Fellow at REACH, where efforts were made to improve educational outcomes in Harlem, and working as a community agent in the César Chávez K-8 School, facilitating communication between the school and the community. Reese's dedication to education is further demonstrated through roles such as a Site Supervisor at Camp Fire Columbia and a Language Arts Teacher at Rosemary Anderson High School, among other positions.
