Teri Dukes Wingard has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Teri began their career in 1983 at the University of Oregon, where they worked in Human Resources for three years before transitioning to the American English Institute. In 1989, they joined Portland State University, where they served in the School of Fine & Performing Arts until 1998. From 1999 to the present, Teri has been working at the Portland State University Foundation, initially as an IT User Support and Project Manager, then progressing to the role of Associate Director of Data Management & Information Technology, and currently serving as the Director of Data Management & Information Technology Services.
Teri Dukes Wingard obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In 2006, they pursued a Certificate in Project Management from the Portland State University - Center for Executive and Professional Education, completing their studies in 2007. In 2019, they earned another Certificate, this time in Process Improvement, also from the Portland State University - Center for Executive and Professional Education.
