Darcy McFarlane serves as the Global Brand Marketing Lead for Men's Football at Nike since February 2021, also holding roles in Women's Running and Women's Football and Basketball. Key achievements include leading digital marketing initiatives for product launches, such as the Pegasus 41 and Phantom Luna, while promoting gender equity in sports. Previous experience includes a position as Digital Marketing Communications Manager at Microsoft, where Darcy oversaw web strategies for the Power Platform and led significant D&I initiatives. Additionally, Darcy has professional soccer experience as a player at Celtic Football Club and Östersunds DFF. Involved with Women in Sports Tech as a Fellowship Mentor and Judge, Darcy is also an Assistant Coach for Portland Thorns FC. Education credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
