Christa S. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christa began their career in 2005 as an English Teacher and Trip Leader at Manhattan Nyelv Studio and Overland Summers respectively. Christa then transitioned to a professional soccer player at MTK Budapest before joining World Connect, Inc. as a Program Manager & Director of Communications and later became the Executive Director. In 2010, Christa worked as a Graduate Intern at Mercy Corps and Nike, focusing on sustainable business and innovation. Christa then served as the Director of Community Relations at Portland Timbers & Thorns FC, where they oversaw the Stand Together brand and key community initiatives. Christa joined the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter in 2014 as the VP, Innovation and Impact & Executive Director of the Trail Blazers Foundation and later became the SVP, Innovation and Technology. Currently, they are an Investor at SuperLayer.

Christa S. pursued their education starting in 2001 at Connecticut College, where they earned a BA in Sociology and American Studies in 2005. In 2004, they attended the School for International Training to study Reconciliation and Development, specifically focusing on the Zulu community. Later, in 2009, Christa enrolled at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, where they obtained their MBA degree in International Business in 2011. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, participating in the Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders.
