Starting in 2014, Hayden worked as a Program Coordinator for Economics for Leaders, where they were responsible for coordinating programs.
In 2015, Hayden worked as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual, dealing with financial matters.
Following that, in 2016, Hayden worked as an Outside Consultant for Mercy Corps, where they analyzed contracts and provided recommendations.
In 2017, Hayden worked as a Project Analyst at Babcock-Krenk LLC, focusing on financial projections and construction analysis.
