Paula Hamilton has extensive experience in customer service and educational support. Currently serving as a Premium Service Concierge for the Portland Trail Blazers at the Moda Center since November 2013, Paula delivers exceptional service to high-profile clientele during various events. Previous roles include serving as a Paraeducator in Special Education with Portland Public Schools and Vancouver Public Schools, as well as working as a Special Education Instructional Assistant with North Clackamas Schools. Earlier experience includes positions at Legacy Emanuel Hospital, Riverside Homes, Inc., and Nike, Inc., where Paula developed skills in equipment management, customer service, and human resources. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences from Linfield University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
