Chris Cogan

Chris Cogan currently serves as the Wastewater Maintenance Manager at Portland Water District, a position held since April 2019, after progressing through roles such as Senior Wastewater Operator and Wastewater Treatment Operator. Prior to this, Chris worked as an Environmental Lab Scientist for the City of Rock Hill, SC, from May 2016 to April 2019. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences with honors and a Leadership Distinction in Research from the University of South Carolina.
