Samantha James is an experienced Recruiting Manager at First Response Security, responsible for managing the recruiting department and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes an average of 10 new hires per month. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Samantha has successfully implemented DEI initiatives and integrated AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment efficiency while also reducing turnover by 26.6% in previous roles.
