Lillyanne P.

Lillyanne P. serves as the Youth Arts & Culture Manager at Portland'5 Centers for the Arts since October 2022 and holds the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at Portland State University's School of Art + Design since March 2022. In addition, Lillyanne P. is actively involved as a member of the Youth Voice, Youth Vote Steering Committee for Participatory Budgeting Oregon since June 2022. Previously, roles included Youth Program Coordinator for the Historic Parkrose Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative, Equity Advisory Committee Member, and outreach for the 2019 Parks and Nature Bond at Metro. Additional experience includes working as an APANO Artist Catalyst for Mural Arts Philadelphia and a Program Instructor at ELSO Inc. with previous community engagement efforts at Mercy Corps. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Reed College, alongside studies in Vietnamese and Arabic language and literature.
