Charles Pinkham

Charles is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing development projects across the United States. Charles was previously the development finance lead in Portman’s Shanghai office. Before joining Portman Holdings, he worked with WestWind Capital Partners on the asset management team managing a Trophy Office and Class A retail portfolio valued at $2.5 billion. Charles was also previously employed by Eads & Heald Investment Counsel as an equity analyst with a focus on the energy sector, where he had trade execution responsibilities for more than 100 portfolios. Charles graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Georgia.
