Sean Henry

Sean Henry is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and investment management. As of December 2024, Sean holds the position of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at PORTMAN. Prior roles include Chief Investment Officer at LMS Investment Management and Managing Director at both CrowdStreet and Capstone Companies. Sean's career also features significant contributions as Southeast Managing Partner at Moran & Company, where oversight of the Atlanta office led to $4.5M in revenues. Additionally, Sean served as Principal at Apartment Realty Advisors, where annual closings increased from $250M to $1.4B, and played key roles in multifamily acquisitions at both Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and General Investment & Development Companies.
