Mick Knapper

Mick Knapper has over 30 years of experience in the design industry. Mick began their career as a design technician for Staffordshire Potteries Ltd. in 1983. Mick then moved to George Wade and Sons Ltd. as a studio artist in 1985. In 1989, they began working for Transgrave Studio Ltd., where they worked for 18 years before moving to Times Square Ltd. as a colour separation artist in 2007. Mick has been with Portmeirion Group Limited since 2012 and is currently the group operations director.

Mick Knapper was a student at NEWCASTLE COLLEGE OF FE, where they studied crafts/craft design, folk art, and artisanry.

Mick Knapper reports to Mike Raybould, Chief Executive. Mick Knapper works with Moira Macdonald - Group Company Secretary, David Sproston - Group Finance Director, and Bill Robedee - President, North America.
