Julia McMullan

Julia McMullan is an experienced operations and innovation leader currently serving as the Group Central Operations and Innovation Director at PureGym since October 2019. Prior roles include Central Operations Director at PureGym and an Independent Consultant focused on operational transformation programmes. Julia held the position of Head of Operations at Bricklane, successfully launching a financial investment product and achieving over 8% returns in the initial year. As a Business Manager at Newton Europe, Julia oversaw multiple high-value transformation projects, and earlier as an Investment Analyst at Baillie Gifford, contributed research in global credit and equity markets. Julia holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has an educational background from Godolphin and Latymer School and Wycombe Abbey School.
