Stephen Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Stephen started their career as a Sales and Account Manager at Kingsdale Period Mantels, where they worked until 2003. Stephen then joined Halo Furnishings Ltd as a Gift and Soft Furnishings Sales and Product Manager until 2006. After that, they worked at Richard Barrie as an Area Sales and New Business Development Manager until 2010. Stephen then moved on to Foster Grant Europe (FGXE) as a National Account Manager until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Alfred Franks & Bartlett plc as an Export Sales Manager, National Account, and Business Development Manager. In 2016, they joined Portmeirion Group Limited as an Export Sales Manager - Europe. Stephen has held various roles within the company, including Senior Export Sales Manager - Europe and currently holds the position of Sales Director. In 2018, they also worked at Portmeirion Potteries Limited as the Head of Sales & Ecomm UK.

Stephen Richardson attended Xavarian College in Manchester from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Maths, Business Studies, and Design Technology and obtained their A Levels. From 1994 to 1995, they pursued Civil Engineering Project Management at Leeds University. Stephen then attended Stockport College from 1995 to 1997 and graduated with an HND in Civil Engineering. Finally, in 1997 and 1998, they attended Salford University and earned a Chartered Institute of Surveyors Certificate.
