Karlo Zatylny

Karlo Zatylny has over 20 years of experience in software engineering. From 2000-2001, they worked as a Software Engineer for Cirilium and Inter-Tel, Inc. From 2001-2003, they worked as a Software Engineer for Cequent Holdings Inc. From 2003-2004, they worked as a Software Developer for DataResults. From 2004-2006, they worked as a Software Architect for Dell. From 2006-2008, they worked as a Distinguished Engineer, Principal Software Architect, Senior Software Development Manager, and Software Development Manager for SolarWinds. Finally, from 2022-present, they are currently working as VP of Engineering and Technology and Chief Software Architect, VP of Architecture for Portnox, designing highly scalable and reliable SaaS NAC solutions and adding machine learning to network security for businesses of all sizes.

Karlo Zatylny completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University between 1998 and 2001. Karlo then obtained a Master of Science in Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between 2007 and 2008.
