Yaara Goral has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, finance, and human resources.

Yaara currently works at Portnox as the Operations & Israel Site Manager, where they oversee all business operations, manages local processes and procedures, and serves as a member of the management and Board of Directors.

Prior to this, they worked at Glassbox as the HR & OPS Manager, where they maintained and enhanced the organization's human resources operations and processes, coordinated and supported all HR-related issues globally, and played an active role in planning and executing processes related to the employee lifecycle.

Yaara also worked at Honeywell as a Local HR, Fin & procurement Specialist, where they served as the focal point for all HR and Finance local issues, worked on the company SAP implementation, and managed order management processes.

Additionally, they worked at NextNine as a Finance Admin & HR Specialist, where they were responsible for working with suppliers/vendors, office maintenance, employee programs, and monitoring office budget and purchase orders.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Contract Admin & OM Specialist, where they created service contracts for various companies and collaborated with multiple departments internally and externally.

Yaara Goral obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Holon Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
