Michele Santos

Michele Santos is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Gerente Comercial de Vendas at Porto Seguro since April 2014. Previously, Michele held the position of Gerente de Vendas at MAPFRE from October 2010 to September 2012, and at Liberty Seguros Brasil from September 2007 to October 2010. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional from IPOG, completed in October 2022, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Direito, Administração e Negócios, and Direito from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco, both earned in December 2010. Currently, Michele is pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Neurociência at IPOG, expected to be completed in the near future.
