Perla Lacerda

Perla Lacerda is an experienced professional in project management and innovation, currently serving as a member at C-Rebels since May 2022. With a long-standing tenure at Porto Seguro since March 2013 in various roles, including P&D- TI and Gerenciamento de projetos de tecnologia da informação, Perla has managed innovation and technology programs, as well as overseeing the acceleration of startups and open innovation initiatives, while also leading digital transformation efforts. Previous experience as a Project Manager at BRQ from June 1998 to February 2013 involved managing software development and maintenance projects, employing PMI methodologies, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FIAP.
