Perla Lacerda

Perla Lacerda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology innovation and project management. Currently a member at C-Rebels since May 2022, Perla has been with Porto Seguro since March 2013, serving as a specialist in IT program management and innovation, focusing on open innovation, digital transformation, and strategic initiative development. Prior to Porto Seguro, Perla held the position of executive project manager at BRQ from June 1998 to February 2013, overseeing software development projects with a strong emphasis on PMI methodologies, ISO, and CMMi standards. Perla holds an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica, and is a graduate of esteemed institutions including Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, FIAP, and Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
