Stevan Milic

Stevan Milic serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Azmont Investments since 2015, overseeing all operational activities, corporate affairs, and HR processes, while managing communication with key partners for the Portonovi project. Prior to this, Milic held the position of Head of Human Resources and Administration at Portonovi, focusing on long-term HR strategies, employee management, and compliance with employment legislation. Earlier experience includes a decade at Telenor Montenegro, where Milic advanced from HR Manager to Head of Corporate Communications and Human Resources Division, leading HR processes, communication strategies, and organizational development. Milic's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Montenegro and an Associate's Degree in International Business Management and Marketing.
